Conscious Connected Breathwork is a connected breathing journey - meaning the breath in flows into the breath out with no holding of breath.
This breathwork is not meant to soothe the system, but to agitate the illusions and untruths the mind holds onto.

Conscious Connected Breathwork becomes a tool that activates the nervous system in order to release your inner primal tiger—the part of you that was cut off once upon a time….suppressed, or made unsafe to express.
Pendulating between activation and release, between resourcing and recovery, we gently expand our window of tolerance.
This work ultimately empowers us, because when life inevitably triggers us, those moments when we’re unregulated, or overstimulated we gain the tools to bring ourselves back into safety within.
Rather than being at the mercy of resistance, we can be full spectrum humans with the safe ability to feel it all.
Holosomatic Bodywork is a powerful somatic and therapeutic journey that combines conscious connected breathwork, body therapy, and energy-based techniques.
This process encourages the release of blockages, trauma, illusions, and limiting beliefs, allowing you to reconnect with your true self and inner resource.
Alongside the breath, you will receive specific, body-based touch and tapping designed to unwind your fascia and unlock your body’s potential.

2.5 hour immersive bodywork
A ritual designed to integrate your breathwork journey and anchor your rebirth into the body.
This full-body devotional treatment includes jaw release, therapeutic abdominal Hara massage, and (for women) womb-focused bodywork tending the deep core of your being with grounded, loving and reverent touch.
CLOSING
Integration, Rebozo wrapping and dreamscape sound journey
– Rebozo wrapping is a sacred ceremonial ritual in which you are lovingly held in woven shawls placed around the body’s energetic centres, inviting closure and deep integration.
Every session is unique—shaped by your individual needs, your energy on the day, and guided with attentive presence and deep listening.
If your consent changes, or if at any point it feels like too much, the session adjusts.
You guide the pace, and I follow your body’s wisdom.
This is a body-based therapeutic approach — not a talking therapy or counselling.
Contraindications for Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, activating practice. It may not be suitable for everyone at all times.
Please do not participate, or consult with your medical professional and inform your facilitator, if you have or have experienced any of the following:
Cardiovascular & Neurological Conditions
- Heart disease or serious cardiovascular conditions
- History of heart attack or stroke
- High or low blood pressure that is not medically managed
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- History of aneurysm
- Severe migraines with neurological symptoms
Mental Health Considerations
- Bipolar disorder (especially manic or psychotic episodes)
- Schizophrenia or psychotic disorders
- Severe dissociation or depersonalisation
- Untreated or unstable PTSD
- History of psychosis
- Currently experiencing a mental health crisis
Pregnancy & Postnatal
- Pregnancy (particularly after the first trimester)
- Recent childbirth without medical clearance
Respiratory & Physical Conditions
- Asthma (especially severe or uncontrolled)
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Recent surgery or physical trauma
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Severe osteoporosis
- Active infections or fever
Medication & Substances
- Use of medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (unless cleared by a healthcare provider)
- Being under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
Other Considerations
- Recent hospitalisation
- Any condition where intense physical or emotional activation is contraindicated
- If you feel unsure, unsafe, or not resourced enough at this time
