Self-Led Sauna
The sauna is run by The Retreat, which I will book for you.
Available between 11am – 4pm, this self-led experience invites you to move at your own pace, connecting with warmth, stillness, and the wild surroundings.

Kelly is also a senior yoga teacher, soma-therapist, and trainer whose work bridges movement, sound, and embodied healing. Rooted deeply in nature and spirituality, she integrates yoga, somatic therapy, voice, sound-baths and ritual to guide people back into connection with their bodies and inner wisdom. Her approach emphasises compassion, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness as pathways to healing trauma, releasing chronic tension, and cultivating presence.
Kelly is passionate about the sauna as a place in which we can truly immerse ourselves in relaxation, sensory pleasure and come out feeling totally reset.
Sauna rituals are tailored to your requirements from an individual treatment to small group bookings of 4 or 5 for friendship groups.

I have met the light of my soul through entering the wounds and mysteries of my own body.
For many years, I struggled with self-worth, self-love, and the ability to meet myself with compassion. This disconnection manifested in both emotional and physical ways - irregular cycles, premenstrual depression, self-harm, difficulty maintaining friendships through my teenage years, and relationships that reflected the un-safety I felt within my body.
My rock-bottom moment came when I experienced both a miscarriage and a termination within the same year. It broke my heart open, into pieces, into prayers, into truth and propelled me into a dark dwelling place for years.
From that place of rawness, I made a promise to myself: no more hiding. I could no longer keep my pain locked away in boxes. I chose to walk toward my fears instead of away from them, to meet the depths of my own shadows through plant medicine journeys, and to return to where it all began, the womb.
Through transcendental breathwork, I discovered that healing is not about escaping our pain, but expanding our capacity to hold it. We are here to learn, to grow, to widen our window of tolerance, to be full-spectrum humans. To feel it all, within a body that feels safe enough to embrace our fullness.
My work is inspired by the wisdom of my own lived experience, alongside studies and initiations including 500hr RYT Yoga, Holosomatic Bodywork, Self:Cervix, Holistic Level 3 Massage and years of receiving and offering devotional bodywork. I am continually guided by the sacred and secret pleasures of life itself.
I’ve been told that my way is gentle, yet it penetrates deeply.
