WOMB HARA
Therapeutic Temple Massage for
Ancient Remembrance
The Mystery
This ceremony is a soul retrieval - a deliberate descent into your body. It is a portal of return, spiralling spirit back into flesh, breath back into the pelvis, and the nervous system back toward safety and regulation.
Entering The Temple
Through therapeutic temple bodywork, slow fascia release, devotional touch, sound attunement, and ceremonial cacao, the life-giver and the nurturer are tended in their fullness.
Physically
Emotionally
Spiritually
Nothing is forced. All of you is invited.
A Language Older Than Words
-
Womb Hara Ceremony
A re-calling of her red thread.
The tether that connects you to your ancestors.
You choose the wisdom you re-coil and embody so deeply, you walk with them hand in hand.
You choose the threads that are ready to be severed.
Cleared and laid down to rot and rest back into the Earth.OPENING
A sacred opening of the cosmic womb, and a self-exploration through meditation.
Here, we will drop in at the Goddess altar of beauty and enjoy a plant brew of ceremonial cacao, blue lotus, or mugwort, depending on the time of day and by request.THE CEREMONY
So much more than only your physical womb space is tended to.
Your whole body will be tended to, starting with your lunar body — your back body.Highlighting your glutes, coccyx, tailbone, sacrum — all of your root.
Your scapula, shoulders, and the back of your generous heart.Sliding onto your spine, we continue the unfurling process of your solar body — your front body.
Gently unwinding, and tending to your diaphragm and all of your organs in a deep, slow, spirallic, and honourable touch.
A rhythmic dance of the Goddess, as she is invited into your wildest inner landscapes. What the heart cannot feel, drops to the infinite well of your womb.
Offering an optional exploration of breast massage, enlivening your pleasure pathways to your womb.Often, our breasts are sexualised, objectified, or, through breastfeeding, their innocence and sensitivity can be forgotten.
Perhaps never truly felt in this lifetime as a place we can call home. This is an opportunity to remember the truth of your heart and breasts.
To remember the energetic current that flows in pure innocence, ecstatic radiance, frequency of love.Between the softness, there will be moments of deep fascia release, to remember and recode your own birthing story and frequency.
Womb tending for your womb, the creatrix centre, and pubic bone — your mound of Venus.
Closing the ceremony, in rebozos woven by the Indigenous women of Mexico.
Let all the women who have ever walked hold you in their embrace,
as you invite all the parts of you home.
Return to your centre.
And regulate as the Divine Mother’s child, as living light. This is a multi-dimensional journey.
Of receiving through the
dense layers of your physical,
subtle layers of your emotions,
energetic layers of your spirit. If you allow it to be.
The secret is presence. We keep returning to the body through our breath, over and over again.
Bringing our heart with us.
Witnessing what is alive, offering all of our compassion to these parts, and…
exhaling, sounding this release. -
Womb Healing is for every woman of all ages.
Whether you have all of your sex organs, or if they have been removed, your energetic centre still remains. The womb of Woman — a birthing, pleasure-filled fountain of wisdom — has been exposed to so much dismissal, slaughter, and conditioning.
Through our caregivers, the patriarchy, and the history of the witch wound, it goes way back.Women, the priestess, once were the oracles, the leaders.
Honoured in beauty, richness, and gold.
Women as God have access to the mysteries of life that cannot be explained by the modern mind.
They can only be felt, expressed, and created. We are up against a pandemic of overculture that glorifies young, sterile, pretty, submissive as beauty.
Through our womb, we remember wildness, rawness, love, grief, depth, courage, age, scars, and pain - THIS IS BEAUTY.We all have a responsibility to descend with our heart to our womb, and let these viral belief systems of shame drop off us.
Some may drop like morning dew from the delicate rose petal.
Some may feel like crawling through thorns.
Yet we must, for ourselves and for humanity. This is the power of bodywork: to be able to meet our edges in a sacred temple space, protected in love, fit only for the priestess.
You.Fertility.
In nature, when the soil is depleted, her fertile depths are not everlasting.
The fertile soil is also our womb.
Fertility is declining too.We have the power to bring our hands to our bodies, and reinstate our cosmic womb with our heartfelt hands, just as the earthkeepers have their hands in soil.
Nothing can be planted, no food can grow, without hands in Her hearth.
Without bringing our hands to our body, we are deprived of our growth and substance.
With our hands on our bodies, we too can flourish.Womb and Heart Healing is beyond physical support.
Here, we are radically honouring our bodies, respecting them, and learning to love them unconditionally.
As the mind steps aside, the soul can shine through — guiding you in your truth.Through honour and therapeutic techniques:

A Yearning For Something Deeper
For those feeling the quiet ache for deeper connection — to the body, to sensation, to inner knowing. This work invites you to remember the body as oracle, threshold, and guide.
Postpartum Healing
For new mothers seeking gentle physical recovery, emotional integration, and spiritual tending after childbirth. A sacred space to be held as you cross from one identity into another.
Life Transitions
This ceremony is not only for postpartum. It supports moments of grief, loss, illness, perimenopause, career shifts, or any passage where the old is dissolving and something new is emerging.
Trauma and Emotional Integration
A slow, contained, and deeply supported space for releasing stored tension, unspoken grief, and memories held within the body — allowing what has been held in silence to soften and unwind.
Ritual Rebirth
The ceremonial wrapping with the rebozo marks the closing of old thresholds and patterns, while gently recalling fragmented parts of the soul. A symbolic return to center. A remembering of wholeness
-
A ceremonial practice passed from grandmothers to daughters, rooted in ancient feminine traditions held by Indigenous elders. These women were the original midwives of life, death, and rebirth, tending both physical and spiritual thresholds. This bodywork, born in the feminine temples, is offered to you through ancestral healing lineages.
The rebozos — sacred woven shawls — are more than fabric.
Crafted by women to carry children, cradle the pelvis, and support the life-giver, they hold memory, devotion, and care.
This ceremony is a portal of return — drawing spirit and body back into alignment, back to center, back into regulation.
