An intimate alchemical evening for four souls, held in the candlelit Oro Soma Studio.
This gentle immersive journey weaves together movement, breath, and sound to nourish the nervous system, awaken vitality, and invite deep presence.
What to expect:
Floor Based Yoga — guided by ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine & somatic stretches
Kundalini Kriya — to awaken and activate life force energy
Breathwork — to harmonise your energy pathways and regulate your nervous system.
Soundscape — dreamy crystal bowls and chimes to integrate and restore
A slow, potent offering to begin the week grounded, open, and replenished.

A sound bath where you will be gently steeped in healing frequencies and through tea invited into sensory presence.
We will open with a warm welcome and a short meditation.
Through guided tea ritual and moments of stillness, we slowly intensify our loving awareness within.
To then flow into a sound journey, moving through the dimensions of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and chimes.
The sacred resonance of sound is deeply healing. As the sonic vibrations resonate through your cells, you are invited to remember the ancient codes of the universe. Each cell is gently re-patterned through sacred geometry, returning you to harmony, balance, and inner alignment.
You may experience deep relaxation, a softening of the body, and a nourishing healing experience.

Cacao Cosmos:
conscious connected breathwork & sound

Held beneath the illumination of the full moon, we will journey with cacao, or tea if you prefer into a heart-opening conscious connected breathwork experience, aligned with the energy of the lunar cycle. Throughout the breathwork journey, you will be invited to release tension, stress and open to the unconditional love of your heart.
Throughout the evening, optional somatic touch will be offered to support deeper release, restoration, and grounding.
We will then soften into a cosmic sound bath for integration.
The evening will be enriched with ritual, intention and magic.
Weather permitting, there will also be an optional fire ritual.
You will be welcomed back with a treat and refreshing infused water.
