An intimate alchemical evening for four souls, held in the candlelit Oro Soma Studio.
This gentle immersive journey weaves together movement, breath, and sound to nourish the nervous system, awaken vitality, and invite deep presence.

Floor Based Yoga — guided by ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine & somatic stretches
Kundalini Kriya — to awaken and activate life force energy
Breathwork — to harmonise your energy pathways and regulate your nervous system.

A sound bath where you will be gently steeped in healing frequencies and through tea invited into sensory presence.
We will open with a warm welcome and a short meditation.
Through guided tea ritual and moments of stillness, we slowly intensify our loving awareness within.
To then flow into a sound journey, moving through the dimensions of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and chimes.
The sacred resonance of sound is deeply healing. As the sonic vibrations resonate through your cells, you are invited to remember the ancient codes of the universe. Each cell is gently re-patterned through sacred geometry, returning you to harmony, balance, and inner alignment.
You may experience deep relaxation, a softening of the body, and a nourishing healing experience.
You will be welcomed back with organic fruits!

SOund Journey with honey
for rescue charity

This special evening is offered by donation (or freely, if needed) to raise funds for Precious Pups Bulgaria, the wonderful rescue organisation from whom we adopted Honey, our beautiful golden spaniel.
Honey is the gentlest, sweetest soul, always seeking harmony, connection and love. This gathering is a gentle introduction for her into sacred space, allowing her to experience the healing environment that she may one day become a part of.
Together, we will journey through the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, clear quartz crystal bowls, chimes and sacred resonance, creating a space for deep rest, healing and connection.
🐾 Please only attend if you are comfortable around dogs and do not have any dog allergies.
Important Notes
This will be Honey's first experience of a larger group sound bath. While it may be tempting to shower her with attention upon arrival, I kindly ask that everyone enters the space calmly and quietly.
We are helping Honey learn that people arriving and leaving is safe and normal, and a peaceful atmosphere will support her in settling with ease.
Of course, if Honey is feeling calm and comfortable, and you would like to connect with her, gentle cuddles and affection will be warmly welcomed.
